///Interpretations and writings from Rubyxia have the purpose of integration and the understanding of the variations and mental changes that happen within a lifetime along with the reminder of the infinite essence beyond the psychological world – the infinite awareness that is simply presence without judgment. All astrological expressions represent a frequency of the overall one energy and awareness of such concepts and traits is one gateway to remembering this as all aspects of the Zodiac have the same potential to remember the underlying one true self. DESCRIPTION

People influenced strongly by Saturn (i.e. at least several planets in Capricorn, personal planets in strong aspects to Saturn and/or planets in the 10th house) have a need for solidification. This process is parallel to the physical realization and manifestation of desires, goals and hypotheses. From this innate need to see tangible achievements and structures comes associated complementary traits of determination, logic, perseverance and strong sense of responsibility.

Capricorn is the next stage of life from the stage of Sagittarius which is concerned with freedom, expanding consciousness, grand ideas and variety. Once these characteristics have matured, it is time to move on to then apply these concepts and learning to real life, and that is what hallmarks Capricorn personalities – coming down to Earth to establish practical structures and taking responsibility for their role – whatever that may be. They deeply understand that things would never work if everyone always sought freedom, uncommitted lifestyles and ‘the good life’.

For this reasons Capricorns play an important role in society, whether others choose to like this or not. Authority can be followed or rebelled against – but it is never ignored and so plays a function in the minds of almost every human being. As long as authority and status is used positively to develop people’s highest potentials and remind people of their capabilities, the influence of such things are less prone to sabotage and cause separation. It is up to the individual Capricorn person to observe and reflect on their effect on the world and what they wish to manifest into it instead of blindly wanting success and achievement for the sake of it, or at another’s loss.

Interests and motivations

Capricorns are drawn to areas at which they can be successful, ‘the best’ or where they can reach the highest point of a group or organisation. Their need to show their skillbase and dedication with the ability to detach what is considered trivial aspects of living for bigger, more established and distinguished outcomes is core within their personality. They quickly notice people who are flimsy, irresponsible and impractical and do what they can to prove they are anything but that.

They are motivated by social acceptance, status and many of the elements revolving around these things.

Facts and science are extremely relevant and real to them, particularly as the world of emotions and one’s imagination just doesn’t cut it when it comes to providing the physical results that they seek. They are fearful and repulsed by illusions and being deceived, and through proven facts and the understanding of phenomena through Science, even the Science of placebo and mind-body links they sense more control and can avoid being tricked. Their self doesn’t allow this as they feel they are smart enough to pick up on untruth early.

This is definitely not to say that they cannot be creative or enjoy playfully such things (usually under the influence of other chart factors/signs), but for true Capricorn individuals they rely heavily on the proven, on the reliable and on the tangible world. Their spiritual awareness may be subtle and their perception or explanation of this aspect of their lives may be less bright and fantastical, but throughout life it is something that continues to be cultivated, just not usually in the fashion of stereotypical Westernised or ‘new age’ spirituality.

HEALTH:

As Saturn-influenced Capricorn people require structure in their lives and all life is not about human-created order, sometimes disharmony between being present and in flow compared with following self-created structures manifest blockages. These blockages may manifest as anxiety, insomnia (examples of worry or fear-based patterns) or more physiological affects shown by gut, joint and skin conditions, all are the outcome with being extremely out of sync with nature/one’s very own humanness.

Yoga can help to simultaneously strengthen and relax whilst endurance sports (such as running) helps in the application of determination and perseverance so worries and anxieties can be kept to a minimal. Mindfulness and awareness of behaviours, patterns and outside factors can be activated at any time any day and doesn’t require complete external stillness if that kind of environment seems impossible or unwanted.
